Liferay Layout Creator Tool

The XML files define our layouts. The zip file has the layout-creator tool. It builds with our own "ant-builder" build tool, so you probably can't build/run it too easily but project.xml will show you the dependencies, and readme.txt has a bit of docs.
This is written for Liferay 3.6.1, hopefully within a few months I'll upgrade it for 4.x. If you really start using this I can explain how it all works in more detail, but this should give you a taste for it.
